Spaz Attack

Thoughts from a big spaz who has lots to spaz about.

One funny thing that Tyler said when he received his presents from Santa:

"Hey, we bought these at Target!"

What can I say? I tried my hardest to hide the presents from Tyler when I was checking out, but I guess he saw it. Oops! I'll have to be more slick next year.

Two great things have happened to me the past month.

#1 We finally moved! It's not much, but I'm in love! It's joyous to have a garage to throw all your crap in! Who knew? Tyler loves to go in the backyard even though he is a big scary cat and Jason loves his fireplace. Who knew?

#2 I am also in love with my Roomba...iRobot! Oh my god, it has changed my life I tell you! Anyone who knows me knows that I don't like to clean at all, but to have robot vacuum for me...it's too good to be true! I run it every morning as part of our morning routine and I just love to see all that it picked up. I just feel great knowing that my boys are always playing on clean carpet. I totally recommend it for those of you who would rather spend your time doing other things than vacuum.

Tyler is getting so big. I wish I could record every little thing he says and does cause it is so cute and I know that I will forget everything one day and be sad. Lately, he is more obsessed with Thomas the Train than ever. Actually, he says he IS Thomas and will correct us if we call him Tyler. He makes himself a little tent and says that he is sleeping in his shed! The other day, I told him to put on socks cause his feet were cold and he said, "Mom, I don't have feet. I have wheels." Ah-ya! I don't ever want him to grow up. I just love his kisses and his hugs. Sometimes, I wish I could just freeze him at this age because he is so adorable and everything he does and says cracks me up.

Chase is now 4 months old and is more alert. I can't wait for him to get older and for him and Tyler to interact. I think that would be so much fun!

I can't believe that Christmas is a few days away! We've been so busy with the move and settling in that I haven't bought one gift or written one card! I better get on top of things soon!

Hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

A recent picture of Chasey.

Tyler is always making me laugh.

Sometimes when I am driving, I will turn around and find that my boys are holding hands! It melts my heart. When I ask Tyler why he is holding Chase's hands, he tells me that Chase was scared.

A picture from Thanksgiving with Chase.

Day 1 from our little vacation. Tyler was so happy to ride Thomas!

Day 2. Can you believe that we just got into our room and Jason was already on his laptop! Doesn't Tyler looked thrilled?

Chase enjoying his first night at a hotel. Too bad my camera died right after I took this picture.

"Auntie Jenn, we hope to see you soon. We miss you!"
